Associate Dean for Student Affairs
Biography
Dean Regina is responsible for the Student Affairs matters for a student body of approximately 800 students. This includes counseling, academic advisement, and professionalism and mental health programming. Her office also manages the implementation of all ADA classroom and testing accommodations as well as the adjudication of academic integrity matters. She works with campus offices such as Student Life, Housing, Title IX and Community Standards where appropriate. She assists in the administration and coordination of exams and registration, plans and executes orientation and graduation, and many things in between. Dean Regina received her JD from Rutgers Law School and her BA in History and Education from Northwestern University. Prior to becoming the Dean of Students at Rutgers Law in 2016, she was the Law School’s Director of Academic Support, and before that she was a Clinical Law Fellow in the Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic. After graduating from law school, she practiced as a litigation associate in the New York office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. A mother of four, she enjoys spending time with her kids, gardening, going to the beach and fishing with her family.
